Cancellation Policy

SAFETY & CLEANLINESS • Shoes are not permitted inside the studio. • Grip socks are required for all Reformer Pilates classes. • After each session, clients are required to follow the studio's protocol for cleaning the equipment they have used. CLASS POLICY • Each session lasts 50 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. • Late entry is not permitted if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the class has started. • Please take care of your personal belongings; the studio is not responsible for lost or unattended items. • A single class or package must be purchased in advance to attend any class or session. CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY • If you are unable to attend your class, please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before the class start time. • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the class credit. • All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
